Marie-José Timperley
A piano teacher for more than 25 years, Marie-José Timperley has extensive experience working with young musicians at elementary and high school levels. She holds a graduate diploma in piano performance and a First Prize in Solfège and Music Dictation from the Montreal Music Conservatory. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from the Université du Quebec à Montréal (UQAM) and a teaching certificate from the Quebec Ministry of Education.
Piano teacher at the Conservatoire de musique de la Montérégie for many years, in 2007, she founded Productions Largo with the support of her husband, François Lessard.
From 2013 to 2017, Mrs. Timperley served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Conservatoire de musique de la Montérégie, where she was responsible for the Music theory and Ear training program and in charge of music examinations.
François Lessard
An information technology specialist since 1994, François Lessard has worked on numerous technology projects over the past 30 years. He holds a Master’s degree in communication / multimedia profile, from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Mr. Lessard contributes to the preparation of the Music Theory and Solfège and Music Dictation workbooks, as well as to the development of the website.
